		<description>If you have a convection oven, you can use 3 or more oven racks and fill them with food to dehydrate. Keep it at a low setting ~150F and all of your food will dry evenly due to the fan. You can really get a lot of food dried in a single go too!
This is the best use yet I&#039;ve found for our convection oven.</description>
